So I bought a domain name from this guy on ebay but he wont sell it to me ?

I had the winning auction on ebay which was 30 dollars. Now the guy is saying that he never put the domain up for sale and sent me my money back. I live in IN and he lives in TX. What can I do ?

    You got the money back.. What do you want?. E-bay is full of cheats and scams. Everyone knows that..
